چکیده

Abstract Calcium is a vital constituent in multilayered cuprate superconductors with critical temperatures ( T c ) above 100 K, because it plays key role separating CuO 2 planes. Here, we demonstrate the synthesis of calcium-free double-layered cuprates: Sr SrCu O 4 X ,O) = F, Cl, and Br) M (Sr,Ba) y Hg/Re, Tl, B/C), where strontium exists between Oxyfluoride mercury-based materials show 107 K 110 respectively, which are high compared to existing cuprates. These findings indicate greater than can be realized by replacing both barium calcium, have been indispensable conventional cuprates, strontium. Furthermore, non-toxicity F (B,C)Sr simplifies process ensures their safety potential applications. We also perform comparison characteristic structural parameters calcium-containing cuprates considering number

Temperature Dependence Of Cuprate Superconductors’ Order Parameter

A model of charged hole-pair bosons, with long range Coulomb interactions and very weak interlayer coupling, is used to calculate the order parameter Φ of underdoped cuprates. Model parameters are extracted from experimental superfluid densities and plasma frequencies. The temperature dependence Φ(T ) is characterized by a ’trapezoidal’ shape. At low temperatures, it declines slowly due to harm...

Resistance of High-Temperature Cuprate Superconductors

Cuprate superconductors have many different atoms per unit cell. A large fraction of cells (525%) must be modified (“doped”) before the material superconducts. Thus it is not surprising that there is little consensus on the superconducting mechanism, despite almost 200,000 papers [1]. Most astonishing is that for the simplest electrical property, the resistance, “despite sustained theoretical e...

D-XY Critical Behavior in Cuprate Superconductors

We outline the universal and finite temperature critical properties of the 3D-XY model, extended to anisotropic extreme type-II superconductors, as well as the universal quantum critical properties in 2D. On this basis we review: (i) the mounting evidence for 3D-XY behavior in optimally doped cuprate superconductors and the 3D to 2D crossover in the underdoped regime; (ii) the finite size limit...

On the c-axis optical reflectivity of layered cuprate superconductors

Using a conventional BCS – Fermi liquid model we calculate the c-axis optical reflectivity of the layered high temperature cuprate superconductors by obtaining the finite temperature dynamical dielectric function in a microscopic self-consistent gauge invariant formalism. We get good semi-quantitative agreement with all the existing experimental data by using the measured normal state dc resist...

Decrease of upper critical field with underdoping in cuprate superconductors

It is still unclear why the transition temperature Tc of cuprate superconductors falls with underdoping. The doping dependence of the critical magnetic field Hc2 is directly relevant to this question, but different estimates of Hc2 are in sharp contradiction. We resolve this contradiction by tracking the characteristic field scale of superconducting fluctuations as a function of doping, via mea...
